The hotel lived up to its name and we always enjoy our stay there whenever we were in KL. The only negative observation was the service level at the breakfast cafe where the staffs appeared stressed and shorthanded. They were struggling to cope with the crowd, tables were not clearly promptly, we had to hunt for the staffs to refill our coffee/tea , dishes at the buffet station were not topped up and had to alert the chefs to do so.
