The hotel manager, Mrs Martina Poll, is a graduated wine professional with a long background in international gastronomy. She and her team will comfort you with selected wines and Austrian treats. In order to make you familiar with the local products of our partners it shall be our pleasure to organize day trips to the referring winemakers for you.
