This modern apartment block, with a quiet and intimate atmosphere, comprises a total of 27 one bedroom apartments for up to 4 persons, spread over 9 floors. Each apartment comes complete with a private terrace. The block is fully air-conditioned and the shared facilities include 2 lifts, a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility and a small café/snack bar. In addition the hotel offers well-maintained outdoor areas, including a sun terrace, where guests can relax or soak up the sun.

The apartments, which can accommodate up to 4 persons, are well equipped. Each comes with a double bedroom with two beds and two single sofa beds in the living/ dining room. They are also equipped with a bathroom, a TV, a separate kitchen with 2 electric hobs, a toaster, a fridge, a microwave, a washing machine, individually controlled air conditioning and a private terrace. A safe, an ironing set and tea and coffee making facilities also come as standard.

The complex offers guests use of a swimming pool with a children's section, and a sun terrace furnished with free sun beds and parasols, the ideal place to relax or sunbathe. Alternatively, guests can relax on the sandy beach, where loungers and parasols are available for hire. There is a golf course 4 km from the hotel.
